A Decent and Good-Looking watch, January 12, 2008

This review is from: Seiko Men's SKZ209K1 Five Sports Stainless Steel Automatic Watch (Watch)
This is a nice automatic watch with a functional solar compass and decent accuracy (I get +10 seconds a day). The bracelet is also good quality and nice looking with no huge gaps between the links. The day indicator can be shown in both French or English. The movement is non-hacking and the watch cannot be hand wound. The only way wind the watch is by gently shaking it or wearing it for a while.
The only complaints I have with the watch are minor. One is the knurling on the uni-directional dive bezel is too smooth and it takes some effort to turn. Also the crown that controls the inner compass bezel doesn't offer much resistance and turns easily while on your wrist. The last minor problem was more to do with the packaging. My watch didn't come with manufacturer instructions on how to use the compass bezel. I had to go onto the Internet to find what I needed.
